【Our Bistro】 單賣共和國提倡的是健康的飲食生活型態，稟持著反對炸物及過多的料理用油的理念，以及對食材品質及口味的要求及熱情，我們的餐點包括西式冷食、熟食及自家烘培甜點，並提供進口啤酒、創意調酒、香料咖啡、各式水果奶昔等多樣飲品選擇，滿足不同口味需求。 Our passion for flavorful ingredients results in a menu that consists of western style cold, baked, and/or cooked meals and desserts only.
