Le Blanc is inspired by the hugely successful L\'entrecote group of restaurants all around the world. The idea is simple. Take the stress out of steak. What country is this from(US/AUS/JAPAN/France)? How much do I want to spend(2k?3k?6k?) What is the portion size(6oz/16oz/32oz??) Can I cook this at home and how much is that? I just want a great steak dinner for a fair price. The rest is details. Let us worry about that. Come, eat, spend time with your company instead of spending time making decisions. If you don\'t eat beef, Taiwan, we got you covered. Our chef is from Boston and he\'s brought his lobsters with him. With beautiful products, simplicity is key.
